Answer: There are two (2) ways to activate your new Citibank AT&T Universal Credit Card

The first way to activate the AT&T Universal credit card is by calling the AT&T Universal dedicated activation telephone number: 1-800-423-4343

The second way to activate Citibank AT&T Universal credit card is by registering at www.universalcard.com.  The site will login to your Citibank AT&T Universal account to activate your new card.  AT&T Universal Card is issued by Citibank.
