Question: How to apply for Modell’s Credit Card?

Answer: There are two ways to apply for Modell’s Credit Card: Online and via Modell’s stores. Modell’s Credit Cards are issued by Comenity Bank.

There are 2 ways to apply for Modell’s Credit Cards:

1. via Online:   You can apply for Modell’s credit card by clicking on the following link.  It will direct you to their online credit card application page where you need to enter your Name, Address, Yearly Income and Social Security Number. [Please Note: Modell’s has stopped accepting credit card application online]
2. via Modell’s store locations:  You can apply for Modell’s Credit Card by visiting any local Modell’s stores.  You will need a proper ID as proof along with Name, Address, Social Security Number, Income, and Employment information when applying for the credit card.
