Answer:  Once you receive you Google Wallet debit credit card, you can activate it.  There are two ways to activate your Google Wallet Credit Card.

The first way to activate your Google Wallet is by using the Google Wallet app on your Android phone or iOs phone.

The second way to activate your Google Wallet credit card is by accessing wallet.google.com and then entering the credit card and CVV code.

Once you activate the Google Wallet card, you can start using it as if it is a regular credit card.
