Answer: The Target Prepaid REDCard is a reloadable American Express card that is exclusive to Target stores.  It is very similar to American Express Serve and BlueBird.  The official name for the target is Target Prepaid RedCard but is also known as Target RedBird card because of their similarities to BlueBird.

The Target REDCard can be reloaded for free any Target store and can be used at any store that accepts American Express.  In addition, if you shop at Target stores, you also get 5% savings off the purchased price.
